Hamburger - at least a pound, or more
1 Egg per pound
1/2 to 1 c. Oatmeal per pound
1/4 c Milk
dried minced Onions
some Salt

Mix everything together with your hands or whatever. Either put in a bread pan or free form on something. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until no longer red in center.

You can add all sorts of vegetable to the meat loaf, carrots, string beans, cabbage are all good. I like to add some bar-b-que sauce for more flavor, catsup is also nice. You can use bread crumbs rather than oat meal if you prefer. Can also melt cheddar over loaf at the last minutes of cooking
