18 jumbo pasta shells
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1 TSP parsley flakes
1 egg, beaten
2 jars meatless spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta; drain. Brown beef, onions and garlic; drain. Put in medium bowl. Add cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley and egg. Mix well. Stuff shells and set aside. Pour 1 jar sauce into slow cooker. Arrange shells on sauce. Top with other jar of sauce and parm cheese. Cook on low 5-6 hours.
