2-2 1/2 lbs. beef
2 cans tomato sauce (15oz)
4 cans light red kidney beans (16oz)
2 large onions
2 Tsp. chili powder
1 package McCormicks Chili Mix
1 large garlic bud
1/8 Tsp. ground red pepper
1 can tomatoes (15 oz)
1 can tomato paste (6 oz)
1 can tomato juice (small)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook one of the onions(chopped) with meat until done. Empty all cans into large pot with seasonings except the onions. Let simmer while cooking meat and onions. After meat in done, add it to the pot. Cook for 3 hours. After the first hour, cut the other onion and add to pot.
