2 14 oz. cans Artichokes - drained and quartered
2 Scallions - sliced, including green part
1 green or red Pepper - chopped
2 tbsp. Parsley chopped
1/4 tsp. Paprika
1/3 c. Olive Oil
1/4 c. Wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. Salt and Pepper
1/2 c. Walnuts chopped
