10-15 large Jalapeños
1.5 packages of cream cheese softened
1/2 pound of bacon
1/3 cup sour cream
1 clove of minced garlic
salt, pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Clean all jalapeños. Cut in half length wise and remove seeds. Chop bacon into bite sized pieces and fry until crispy. MIx the cream cheese with small amounts of sour cream until you have a creamy smooth mixture. Add the garlic, salt and pepper, and bacon. Mix all ingredients together and stuff the jalapeños with the mixture. Arrange on cookie sheet and bake for about 10-12 minutes until the jalapeños are tender. 350º oven

you can add chili powder to the cheese mixture. It is also good with just cream cheese and bacon. THe sour Cream just makes the mixture smoother so use it sparingly as you mix the ingredients
