1 head lettuce or mixed greens 2-3 green onions or chives 1 c. chow mein noodles 2-3 tbsp. sesame seeds 6 oz. cashews Bacon, fried and broken Dressing: 4 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. cooking oil 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
Combine dressing ingredients. Mix salad with dressing just before serving.
