1 packet Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing Mix
2 lbs. small red potatoes, quartered
1/4 cup vegetable or olive oil
Directions:
Directions:
Place quartered potatoes in plastic bag. Add oil and toss to coat. Add dressing mix and toss again to coat. Bake on ungreased baking pan at 450º for 30 minutes.
