2 lb. ground beef
1 head cabbage-shredded
2 cans tomato soup
2 cans water
2 pkg. onion soup mix
1 cup uncooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onion soup mix. Add rice, soup, and water. Mix. In a roasting pan, place the shredded cabbage. Pour meat mixture over cabbage. Bake at 350 for 1 hour 15 minutes. Stir occasionally as it bakes.
