1 lb Italian sausage - browned/drained
2 8oz cream cheese
2 cans Rotella tomatoes mexican

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain. Melt cream cheese with sausage and add cans of rotella tomatoes. If too think add another can of tomatoes. If you like it HOT, add cayenne pepper to taste. Serve with chips or crackers
