4 (6") flour tortillas
nonstick cooking spray
4 oz. ground turkey
2/3 cup salsa
2 T. sliced green onion
1/2 cup shredded reduced fat Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges; lightly spray one side of wedges with cooking spray. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 5-9 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp. Cook turkey until browned. Drain fat and stir in salsa. Cook until hot. Spread meat mixture over tortilla wedges. Sprinkle with green onion; top with shredded cheese. Return to oven for 1-2 minutes or until cheese melts.
