2 lbs. ground beef
2 medium onions. chopped (1 cup)
2 cans (15.5 oz each) sloppy joe sauce
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cups Bisquick
1 cup milk
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Cook beef and onions in skillet over medium heat until beef is browned, drain. Stir in sloppy joe sauce. Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over beef mixture. Bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
