4 C fresh Green Beans, tips cut (or frozen)
2 C chopped Celery
2 - 3 T olive oil (or vegetable oil)
3 pkgs diced Tyson Chicken
3 reg. cans Organic Tomato Sauce
1 T Cumin
1 t Salt (or to taste)
1 t Pepper (or to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Start simmering Green Beans in pot of water. Saute celery and onion in oil and set aside. Saute Chicken until slightly brown. Add to celery and onion. Drain beans after tender. Put them back into the pot with tomato sauce until boiling then set to simmer. Add chicken, onions, celery, cumin, salt and pepper. Let simmer 30 minutes. Serve over rice.

Lubia made with chicken instead of Beef. You can also make with beef. Both are fabulous Lebanese Cuisine.
