Ingredients:  
1 pkg Egg Elbows (noodles)
1 lb ground Turkey
1/2 C chopped Onion
1 C chopped Celery
2 regular size cans Organic Tomato Sauce
1 t Cumin
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil noodles until tender. Drain. Saute ground turkey, onions and celery. Add noodles, tomato sauce, cumin and salt/pepper to the meat mix. Simmer and serve.

Personal Notes:
Mom's version is without the cumin and you can use tomato puree or stewed tomatoes. Add enough liquid to keep it moist.
