2 boxes JIffy Corn Bread
2 eggs whole, 1 egg yolk
2/3 C milk
1 T oil
1 - 2 T sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Add cornbread mix, 2 eggs, 1 egg yolk, milk, oil and sugar. Mix by hand. Bake in greased pan until dark golden brown at 400º. Test middle with toothpick. When batter doesn't stick it's done.
