Country style pork boneless ribs
Your favorite BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Boil ribs in seasoned water for 20 minutes. Place ribs in a casserole dish with some of the water, about 2 inches. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 250º for about 5 hours. The meat will be falling apart and your tummy will be going crazy, because it smells so good. Should have only about an inch of water left.
Add your favorite bbq sauce over the meat. Turn the oven up to 350º, place meat uncovered back in the oven for at least 10 minutes.

Personal Notes:
You can adjust the time. The longer it stays in the oven, the more it falls apart. The longer you leave the sauce on, the more it absorbs into the meat.
I got this recipe from a very good friend when I worked at Micron in 2007.
