Smoked sausage, cut into 1-2 inch pieces
yellow or brown mustard
brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in a pan.
Combine mustard and brown sugar, pretty much in equal amounts, to make about 1/4- 1/2 cup, depending on how much you want. Heat mustard and sugar mix in microwave or small heavy sauce pan until melted and bubbly.
Serve on side as dipping sauce.
