1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 14-oz. can diced tomatoes
1 14-oz. can corn, drained
1 4-oz. can sliced black olives
1 box Trader Joe's Jalapeños Blue Cornbread Mix
(Prepare per instructions on box with 1 egg, 1/2 C. vegetable oil and 3/4 C. milk)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
Brown beef or turkey with garlic and cumin in a large skillet. Add tomatoes, corn and olives and heat through. Transfer mixture to 9x13 casserole dish. Top with prepared cornbread mix and bake 30-35 minutes, until cornbread is slightly browned. ENJOY!
