1 package German Chocolate cake mix
1/3 cup butter-softened
1 egg
TOPPING:
6 ounce package (1 cup) chocolate chips
3/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
3 T. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Grease and flour a 13 x 9 inch pan. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, butter and egg at a low speed until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup crumbs for topping. Press remaining crumb mixture in pan. Bake for 8 minutes(base will be slightly puffy). Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Combine caramel topping and flour; pour over chocolate chips. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Bake for 10 minutes or until chocolate chips are melted and caramel begins to bubble. Cool completely; cut into bars.
