1/2 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. ground ginger
1 clove crushed garlic
1/4 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and marinate at least six hours or overnight. Barbecue or broil and slice thinly. Serve with hot marinade as a sauce.
