2 cups cooked Italian sausage (drained and blotted)
1 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups grated Monterey jack cheese
1 cup prepared Hidden Valley Ranch dressing (buy dry package and make to equal 1 cup)
1 can (2.25 oz) sliced black olives
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1 pkg. wonton wrappers
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine sausage, cheeses, prepared dressing, olives and red pepper. Lightly grease a cupcake tin. Line with wonton wrappers. Brush each with olive oil. Bake until golden brown. Remove from muffin tins. Fill with sausage mixture. Bake until bubbly about 12-15 minutes.

You can prepare wonton wraps and store for 2 weeks unrefrigerated. Sausage mixture can be refrigerated up to 3 days or frozen. Don't fill until you plan to eat them. Delicious!!!
