Salt and pepper
Potatoes - cut up
Seasonings (to your preference)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450º.

Salt and pepper cavity.
Season potatoes.

Bake uncovered at 450º minutes for 45 minutes.
Cover and bake for another 15 minutes.

Although I haven't made this, my friend said this chicken turns out like the roasted chickens you buy from COSTCO.
