1 stick of margarine (regular or reduced fat)
2 eggs
2 large ripe bananas
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk (fat free, reduced or regular)
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
3/4t teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Preheat oven at 350 degrees.

Cream together margarine, eggs, ripe bananas, sugar, milk and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder. Mix together until nice and creamy.

You can use reduced fat margarine and milk if you choose - it comes out delicious!

Grease 2 9x5x3 loaf pans. You can use non-stick spray.

Split the batter up in the 2 pans and cook at 350 for 35-40 minutes.

This makes for a great addition to brunch as well as a great dessert for everyone to enjoy.

P.S. To make it really yummy a cup of chocolate chips into the batter makes it REALLY good!
