1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
1 (16-oz.) can pumpkin (2 cups)
1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. each ground ginger, nutmeg and salt

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine all ingredients except pie crust. Mix well and turn into shell. Bake 15 minutes at 425º. Reduce oven temperature to 350º, bake 35 minutes longer until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean. Cool before cutting. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
