2 c. sugar
1 package fresh cranberries, washed & cleaned
1 orange, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
1 c. white wine + a glass for the cook!

(for a double batch use 3 c. sugar)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine sugar and wine in a large saucepan and cook over Med-high heat. Bring to a rolling boil and boil for 5 minutes.

2. Add clean berries, lemon and orange. Boil until cranberries all pop (approx. 5 minutes).

3. Allow mixture to cool. Tranfer to canning jars or plastic containers. Refrigerate or freeze.
