2 cups fresh strawberries
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1-1/2 cup oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Grease and flour 9" x 13" inch pan.

1. Slice strawberries, place in bowl and sprinkle lightly with sugar; set aside.

2. Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt and baking soda in large bowl; mix well.

3. Blend oil and eggs into strawberries. Add strawberry mixture to flour mixture, blending until dry ingredients are just moistened.

5. Put into prepared pan.

Bake 40-45 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
