16 oz. can tomatoes
1 sm. pkg. okra, cut
2-3 celery stalks, sliced
1 med. onion
2-3 bay leaves
Dash of parsley
Sweet basil
1/2 tsp. Old BayŠ
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. of large shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, combine first 4 ingredients and boil for several hours.

In a skillet, brown oil and flour to make a rue.

Add wet mixture to rue; then add peeled shrimp. Bring to a gentle boil for about 20 min.
