2 pkg. (12oz.) each semisweet chocolate chips
1 package (8oz.) cream cheese, softened
3 T. instant coffee granules
2 tsp. water
1 lb. chocolate candy coating (almond bark)
white candy coating, opt.

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler, melt chocolate chips. Add cream cheese, coffee and water; mix well.

2. Chill until firm enough to shape. Shape into 1-in. balls and place on a waxed paper-lined baking sheet. Chill for 1-2 hours or until firm.

3. Melt chocolate coating in microwave or double boiler, Dip ball and place on waxed paper to harden. If desired melt white coating and drizzle over truffles.

Truffles can be frozen for se4veral months before dipping in chocolate. Thaw in the refrigerator before dipping.
