1 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup butter or margarine
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups quick oatmeal, uncooked
1 12 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Combine flour, soda, salt, and cinnamon. In another bowl beat butter, both sugars, eggs, and vanilla till creamy. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in oats and butterscotch chips. Drop on ungreased or lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 7 to 8 minutes at 375º.

Pan Cookie Bars: Spread dough into greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 pan. Bake 375 for 18 to 22 minutes.
