Zucchini Puffs Recipe

3 cups grated zucchini (about 3 large, NOT peeled)
1 large onion grated
1 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
4 eggs beaten
3 tsp. chopped dill (use more)

Mix all ingredients together. Do not beat.
Place in 3 dozen mini muffin tins sprayed with Pam. You can fill
muffin cups to the top.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Freezes well.
