3 chicken breasts, deboned and cut in half but with skin on
1 box Stovetop stuffing for chicken (not garlic)
1 can whole cranberry sauce
3 tbsp. soya sauce
3 tbsp. lemon juice


Directions:
Directions:
Make Stovetop stuffing according to the directions on the box.
Place stuffing under the skin of each breast.
Place breasts in a single layer in a baking pan sprayed with Pam. This can be done the night before, covered, and kept in the refrigerator.
Mix together the cranberry sauce, soya sauce, and lemon juice.. Pour over chicken.
Bake uncovered at 350º, basting every once in a while, for 40 minutes - 1 hour.
This recipe makes enough sauce for 4 breasts (8 halves) as well.
