1/3 cup butter or shortening
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup flour
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
6 oz (small package) chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons cocoa
1-1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla

Mix butter & peanut butter until light. Add the rest and mix well. Bake in 9x9 or 8x11 pan at 350 for 30-35 minutes. When cool add frosting.
To make frosting: mix everything together, adding powdered sugar until you reach desired thickness.
