1 C. sugar
1 C. Crisco
5 tsp. baking powder
C. milk
3 eggs
5 C. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream Crisco (may use butter flavored Crisco, but do not use butter or margarine) and sugar. Add eggs. Combine baking powder, salt, and flour. Alternately add flour mixture and milk. Add vanilla. Chill for at least one hour before rolling cookie dough on a floured surface to inch thickness. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 13 minutes. Cool cookies on a wire rack.
