6 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
1 t vanilla
3/4 c granulated sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Whip the eggs whites until fluffy, then add the egg yolk. In another container mix the evaporated milk, condensed milk, and vanilla. Combine this mixture with the egg mixture. set aside.
in a non-stick skillet melt the granulated sugar until it's golden in color. (This is the caramel - don't overcook because it will be bitter.) Immediately pour caramel into a corningware / glass dish, then pour the mixture over the caramel. Put this dish into another corningware / glass dish half-full of water. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes to 1 hour. let cool, turn over, and slice into small pieces. (You can do this in small individual dishes also.)
