6 cups confectioners’ sugar
6 tbsp. butter
¾ cup plus 2 tbsp. cocoa
Dash salt
½ cup hot water
4 tbsp. simple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Slowly combine sugar, butter, cocoa, and salt. Add hot water, simple syrup and vanilla.
Stir until smooth. If icing is too thick, add a little more water; if too thin, add confectioners’ sugar.
