1-1/2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs 1/3 cup melted butter 3 cups miniature marshmallows (divided) 1/4 cup water (or slightly more) 1 Tbsp. instant coffee powder 2 Tbsp. powdered chocolate (not cocoa) 1 cup whipping cream, whipped Chocolate bits Miniature marshmallows
Preheat oven to 350º.
CRUST: Mix chocolate wafer crumbs and melted butter. Press into 9" pie pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool.
FILLING: In double boiler, melt 2 cups marshmallows with water, instant coffee powder and powdered chocolate.* Blend and cool. Fold in 1 cup marshmallows and 1 cup whipping cream. Garnish with chocolate bits and marshmallows.
