2 cans black beans, rinsed & drained
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can chicken broth
1 can Mexican corn, drained
1 small jar salsa (medium or hot)
1 medium onion, diced
2 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. dried minced garlic

In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on high for 4 to 5 hours.
