¾ cups butter or margarine, melted
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
¾ cup finely chopped pecans
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (13 ½-ounce) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed and divided
1 (3 ¾-ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix
1 (4 ½-ounce) package chocolate instant pudding mix
3 cups of milt
Chopped pecans
Grated chocolate

Combine butter, flour, and pecans, mixing well. Press into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
Bake at 375° for 15 minutes; cool completely.
Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 ½ cups whipped topping; blend thoroughly.
Spread over crust; chill.
Combine pudding mixes and milk; beat 2 minutes with rotary mixer at medium speed.
Spread over cream cheese layer. Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding layer.
Garnish with pecans and chocolate. Refrigerate.
