1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 lb. Velveeta Cheese, cut up
1 1/2 c. water
2 c. frozen broccoli florets
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken, cut up into 1/2 inch strips, uncooked
12 manicotti shells, uncooked
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Put soup, water and cheese in microwave safe bowl and cook 3 minutes. Stir after 2 minutes. Make sure it is well blended. Pour 1/3 of the mixture into the bottom of a 13X9 baking dish. Put broccoli in the remaining 2/3 of mixture and stir it up. Stuff chicken in manicotti shells and place them in a baking dish. Pour remaining mixture over all of the shells. Top with 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 45 - 50 minutes or until the pasta is tender and the chicken is cooked through.
