2 cups leftover mashed potatoes
1 slightly beaten egg
1/4 cup chopped onion
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Shape into 6 patties.
Dip in flour, than brown slowly in butter for about 5 minutes on each side. Nice to use the leftovers.
