2 lbs Great Northern Beans
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup mild molasses
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 cup white sugar
1 lb. bacon, cut up
1 tsp. soda

Directions:
Directions:
Sort beans. Soak overnight in cold water.
Drain and put on fresh water in the morning.
Add soda and hard boil for 5 minutes. Drain and rinse until the water runs clear. Put in a crockpot.
Add the rest of the ingredients. Cover and cook on low until done. 4-5 hours.
