1/2 cup milk
2 cups sugar
2 tablespoon & 2 teaspoons cocoa
1/4 cup butter
Rolling boil for one minute
add 3 cups quick oatmeal
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

you can add 1/4 cup peanut butter if you wish.
Drop cookies onto waxed paper until they are cool and hard.
