Crust 1 cup flour 1/2 cup butter 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Lemon topping 2 eggs 1 cup sugar 1/2 tsp baking powder 2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice dash of salt
Mix butter, flour and powdered sugar and pat into the bottom of a 8x8 baking dish. Bake 20 minutes at 350º Beat remaining ingredients until frothy. Pour over crust. Bake an additional 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
