1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup oil
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
11/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup instant vanilla pudding
3 cups quick oatmeal
1 cup raisins
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup wheat germ (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, oil and sugars.
Add eggs and beat well.
Add combined flour, pudding, baking soda and salt.
Add oats, raisins, chocolate chips, almonds and wheat germ and mix well.

Personal Notes:
This is a stiff dough and I find that if I add the oats, raisins, chocolate chips, almonds and wheat germ evenly on the dough I get a better distribution.
