1-1/4 c. flour
1 T. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c. sugar
2-1/2 c. bran flakes cereal
1-1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
stir together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
In separate bowl combine bran flakes and milk mix, let stand for 2 minutes. add egg and oil beat well.
Add flour mixture, stirring until combined, put into paperlined muffin pan.
Bake 18-20 minutes at 350
