3 large eggs, well beaten
1 1/4 cups milk
3/4 cup flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs and milk, add dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
Drop small amount of batter onto moderately hot buttered griddle. Spread batter evenly to make thin cakes. Turn when underside is delicately brown.
Serve with sugar, cinnamon and sugar, jelly or syrup.
