1 loaf Texas Toast ,sliced
1 dozen eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tblsp. cinnamon
Butter or shortening to grease skillet

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk the eggs till frothy. Add remaining ingredients, and mix well. Over medium heat, lightly grease skillet with shortening. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, on both sides.
Cook on med/med high heat for approximately 5 minutes per side.
