1 c. minute Rice 1 lb. ground Beef 1 egg 2 tsp onions 2 tsp salt 2-1/2 c. tomatoe juice 1/2 tsp sugar 1 dash pepper
Combine rice, beef, egg, onions, salt and pepper with 1/2 c tomato juice. Mix lightly and shape into balls. Add sugar to remaining tomato juice. Pour on meat balls. Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer 15 minutes basting occasionally
