4 whole wheat flour tortillas
1 1/2 tsp. + 1 T. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. Mexican seasoning, ground
1 T. minced garlic
1 lb. Tilapia filets
2 T. chopped cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
salt to taste
1 cup lettuce, shredded

Chipolte Cream Sauce:
2 T. prepared Chipolte sauce
1/4 c. sour cream
(Combine ingredients for sauce, reserve in refrigerator until ready to use.)

Toss together 1 1/2 tsp. oil, Mexican seasoning, garlic and tilapia filets. Heat remaining oil in pan over high heat. Place seasoned filets in pan. Cook 2 minutes on each side. Break fish into bite sized chunks. Add cilantro, lime juice, salt, mix well. Heat tortillas as per package directions. Top each tortilla with 1/4 cup lettuce, 1/4 of tilapia mixture and 2 tsp. of Chipolte Cream Sauce. Fold each tortilla in half and serve.
