2 lb. Ground Beef or Ground Turkey
1 Onion (chopped)
2 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
2 15oz. cans chopped Tomatoes
1 29 oz. can Tomato Sauce
2 c Elbow Macaroni (cooked)
3 Bay Leaves
2 tbsp. Salt
2 tbsp. Pepper
2 tbsp Garlic Powder
2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 c Water

Brown meat and drain. Add all ingredients except for macaroni. Simmer 20 minutes. Add macaroni and serve.
