1 lb ground beef
1 c chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 c milk
4 eggs
3/4 c Bisquick baking mix
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c shredded cheddar or American cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Grease pie plate or baking dish 10x1 1/2 inches
Cook ground beef & onion in skillet over med heat until beef is brown. Drain. Stir in salt & pepper and spread into baking dish.
Beat milk, eggs and baking mix until smooth. Pour into baking dish & bake approximately 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes and cheese. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean - about 5 to 8 minutes. Cook 5 minutes before serving.
